The delivery of post both to and from your premises is often the lifeblood of your business. Orders, proposals, invoices, all require timely delivery but how often are deliveries delayed or “lost in the post”? Do important letters sometimes get mislaid, forgotten or just miss the deadline? Wouldn’t it be great if everyone could have all their important post emailed and guaranteed to arrive in the inbox by a time you determine?

Well, that’s what we can do for you with our virtual postroom service here at Sussex Document Solutions. We have negotiated excellent rates with Royal Mail to guarantee delivery of all mail by 8 am. We process all your important mail and email it to you by an agreed time in the morning. We then deliver the hard copies of the mail to your premises, again, at a time of your choosing.

We record the receipt of each item and send you a report daily, weekly or monthly. We can even process cheques for you. If we receive a cheque we scan it and email it to you like any other document but will also pay into your bank on that day.

Additionally we operate a mail fulfilment service, so if you want the post you send on a daily basis picked up and mailed out this can form part of our service to you.

Now there’s a refreshing thought! So refreshing you might even call it Post Modern!!
