Document Scanning Services

Here at Sussex Document Solutions we have many years of experience supplying document scanning services to medium and small businesses in the Hampshire, Surrey and Sussex areas.

Because of our experience we understand the various needs of businesses from the routine to the downright obscure. We scan many thousands of documents and to enable us to process high volumes of documents and provide an on demand document scanning service, we have invested in fast and accurate Canon scanners capable of producing sharp, consistent scans of any type of paper document, from the small print of contracts, to office documents and HR files all the way up to hard copies of technical drawings and architectural plans. When used in conjunction with our bespoke software the results are compact electronic files available in a variety of formats including TIF or TIFF, Adobe PDF, and JPG.

Our Scanners are extremely versatile, accepting double sided documents all the way up to A3 in size. Colour documents are also no problem; with our scanners capable of resolutions up to 600 dpi they will retain their sharpness and contrast.
